How or where do I return my item?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received- unused with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase or your order number.
To request a return, please call us at +1 (985) 403-5990. Please have your order number readily available as well as the item number you are requesting to return. In addition to that, you will need to provide a credit card number you wish to put the return label fee on.
What if part of my order is missing or incorrect?

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest that you first check around your house and reach out to your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, please don’t hesitate

Is your warranty valid outside the US?
No, our warranty is only valid inside the continental United States.
